We were met by the property owner who showed us around the property and gave us very helpful tips for our stay in Rome. ... We loved the little apartment and the terrace. The gentleman was there to greet us and drove us to his apartment, however he seemed to be in a big rush. ... There were ants in the room, the hot water tank worked sometimes therefore we usually had cold showers or a combination of really hot and then turning cold, we could not get the stereo or DVD player to work. The place never got cleaned the entire time we were there. There was no staff because we rented an apartment. ... We stayed at a place in Venice and in Rome for cheaper and it included breakfast. We were disappointed there was no tub in the bathroom. ... It is not in the centre of Rome, it is not close to any of the sites in Rome.
