I did have a little bit of an issue finding the place, however, the hotel receptionist drove in her own car to meet me on the main road and direct me to the resort. ... The room was large and spotless (with a bottle of wine complimentary on the house), the bathroom was fantastic and the private terrace was gorgeous. I just wish I had more time to spend at the resort. ... Check out went as smooth as possible. ... If you do not have a car, I would imagine it being very difficult to get into Rome. The website kind of states that a station is with in walking distance... however the receptionist suggested we drive. If you do have a car, getting to a Metro Station or Train Station is easy. ... Absolutely gorgeous. The grounds were truly unbeleivable - I would recommend that you pay the little extra for the DaVinci Suite - as it has a huge private terrace and a great view. I would definitely stay again... the pool also looked great - if it were hot enough to swim.

The Cusmanos and staff treat you like family. The facilities were perfect for our family. As a travel agent I am constantly seeking options for my clients who are both European and American. The Tenuta Cusmano Villa Resort is a fantastic place to relax after a hectic day in Rome or any other adventure. Sit back with one of their award winning wines and take in the panoramic views, both day and night. Restuarants are in walking distance. The center of town is 1.5miles for shopping, banking & dining. ... Highly recommend it

reccomended restaurants list was not terribly helpful- we walked up into Grotteferrata, and made our own choice, both evenings. Bathrooms in each of our 2 rooms were in need of updating. ... tennis court is 12 euros per hour- should have been included for free in our opinion. A busy road outside, which we had to walk along to look for restaurants ... lacking in atmosphere, but quiet, away from traffic noise, fairly convenient for getting into Rome,( used the underground stop 15 minutes away) and also only 15 minutes via the back roads to Ciampino airport. A good pool and pool area
