• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time until 10pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast incluced in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes you can. We ask for payment on arrival (check-in).
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak: Italian, English, French, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have three floors and no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Certainly, all our rooms are quiet and private. You can also enjoy the wonderful panoramic view over the city of Rome and Castelli Romani villages from the terrace in your room, the garden or while relaxing in the pool.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, each room does have a room with private terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, each room does have a room with private balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all rooms are equipped with TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, each room has air conditioning that can be activated from the remote control and there isn't extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes there is a swimming pool with water massage.
  The swimming pool is equipped with sun umbrellas and deck chairs. Open in summer from 9.00 am to 7.30 pm. Free entrance for our guests.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have a spacious private parking free of charge for visitors (not guarded).
• Where can we rent a car?
  From the reception, we can contact car rentals for you.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, 200 metres far from us.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Ciampino, which you can reach in 15 mins, and 30 mins away you have Fiumicino's Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is 300 metres from here.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway is in Frascati, only a few minutes far from here.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but there is one on the vicinity.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
