The hotel is tucked away on 3rd floor, and could not easily have been found without the help of the taxi driver, so a note might be useful in your description. ... Standard of cleaning was excellent and all the staff were very friendly. Extra pillows would have been good. ... Very easy. ... View is not good, but not a problem. There are many reasoanble restaurants nearby. Chair beds (singles) were not very comfortable but adequate for a short stay. ... Small modern executive luxury apartment off a shared central straircase/ lift, near to city centre and all amenities.

The reception and service at Target Inn was first rate. I couldn't have been more pleased. After a very long flight from Australia, I arrived at Target Inn at around 8am and was immediately shown to my room which exceeded my expectations. Everything was perfect. ... I was completely impressed with the Target Inn and can't understand why it is such a great price (though I'm thankful it is!). The staff were wonderful, the room modern and spotless, the location perfect and the facilities brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and they even sourced accommodation for some friends of mine who arrived in Rome at the last minute - they went well beyond my expectations of service. It was excellent value and I will be staing there on future trips to Rome. ... Again, I felt the price was outstanding value for money and almost felt a little guilty when I realised friends of mine were paying far more for inferior accommodation to the Target Inn. ... Fabulous English speaking staff. ... First rate. Excellent value and highly recommended. Rooms are modern, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated with everything you could possible need for a pleasant stay.

With doubts at first because we could not find the hotel name outside the building, but once inside their lobby, we were very relieved. ... The service and location were excellent. We had an excellent stay. ... Very expedient and clear. (Although it was in italian, it was very easy to understand) ... No. ... Very homy, very clean, with particular attention to detail, excellent service, most splendid for the money and is right above the best italian restaurant in the area. It is the best option for young active couples interested in knowing Rome for a reasonable price.

Great location. ... Some visitors may want to know of the spaciousness and cleanliness of the bathroom(I had seen pictures on trip advisor). Please let visitors know to ring the bell and go up to the 3rd floor. Again I read this on trip advisor. ... A very comfortable place, very friendly and helpful staff. Travelers always have such basic questions and I found the staff to be patient and helpful

The person who greeted us on arrival was very helpful. We had no problems finding the place, but had read that others did, so we had printed out a couple of maps from Google including a satellite view so that we would be sure to find it. We took the Repubblica metro stop and exited onto Via Nazionale. We walked a very short block and then turned right onto Via Torino and then left onto Via Modena. The Target Restaurant is right at the corner of these too. Then about 1/2 block on the left is Target Inn. You will see a small sign next to the door. There are a couple other hotels there too and an Anglo-American language school. ... The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and made up each day. The elevator was small but similar to other elevators in buildings of this time period. It holds about 3 people but when you have luggage or backpacks, you should only try 2. It is a retrofit into the stairwell but I've seen other elevators like it in Italy. ... The check out went well. While the price seems high, it was a good value for the money and not out of line with other hotels we have looked at on line. We had also stayed at 2 other hotels in Roma during our visit. While they were somewhat cheaper, one was in the suburbs though very nice but not as convenient as Target Inn, and the other that was nearby but not as nice at Target Inn. ... We found the location with no problems, but we did print out a couple maps to be sure we could find it. ... A great place to stay in the heart of Roma.

Breakfast is served in the room from 07.30 to 09.30. (no additional costs). ... If you want to store your luggage after checkout, note that they don't store you luggage in a locked room. Instead they store it in the lobby near the reception and when they take a lunch break, the luggage is just moved to a corner of the lobby which is out of sight. I thought the risk was of the luggage getting stolen was fairly small, however, because there are only 7 rooms and the front door stays locked during lunch break. ... Small B&B with 7 rooms, housed in building with serveral other hotels, on the third floor with a very small elevator. Spacious and clean rooms, approx. 5 min from public transportation and 3 min from Via Nazionale. Rooms with street view available. In- room safe deposit box is very small (doesn't fit a laptop). Breakfast served in room, at no additional costs. Luggage can be stored after checkout, but isn't stored in a locked room.

The room itself was great aesthetically. However, nothing worked. The air conditioner was broken, the regulator in the shower was broken so that the water fluctuated between cold and scalding while you were showering. The bed felt like we were sleeping on box springs. ... Major maintenance issues and a staff unable to address them. ... Beautifully uncomfortable.

can't remember whether it was stated that there was no breakfast provided at the hotel, but that it was provided at a cafe nearby - this was the only downside of the hotel. ... Terrifically friendly and intimate - the owner was often on duty and was very willing to suggest things to do and see in the city. Hotel was close enough to all the major sites to be able to walk to them. Onoy been open for 2 months, so everything is very pristine.

We were expected and made very welcome ... e were disappointed that there was only one plate supplied for two breakfasts We were reluctant to use the TV because the information supplied suggested that all TV implied extra costs. ... No ... Perfectly suitable for visiting the tourist sites of Rome

We had booked a cab to pick us up. He was there on arrival and was very good. ... The room was excellent although the only criticism was that the pull down bed was not very comfortable, although we managed to find some blankets to put under the mattress ... The croissants for breakfast were not very nice - but other than that I thought it was excellent, very centrally located and the staff were excellent ... Would definitely recommend, it was nice not to stay in a big hotel

Only issue was that receptionist on arrival barely spoke English and my Italian is limited so it was a little difficult ... Amazing value for money especially when you compare it to other hotels in the area - totally clean, spacious and beautifully/simply furnished. Great shower!

We had trouble finding the hotel solely because of the numbering system for buildings along Via Modena! It is at the end of the street closest to Termini and the metro station. ... Very nice hotel in a great location, just off Via Nazionale. We could walk to all major attractions (although the legs were aching after returning from the Vatican City!). Lots of nice places to eat. Very near Republicca metro stop. ... The hotel arranged an early taxi to the airport and checked us out the evening before. Someone was around in the morning to see us off. ... The only slight negative is that we missed the (very)little note on the back of the key explaining that breakfast was delivered to the rooms. We didn't take advantage of this and ate in some of the little cafes nearby. ... Great location. Very nice rooms. Friendly staff.

Very nice room and very helpful staff -- one of the female receptionists made a couple of trips into my room to help me figure out the SkyTV system. I had asked for an extra pillow and was told one wasn't available, but that was really the only disappointment. Excellent and convenient location. Housekeeping service was fantastic! ... I am grateful that the Front Desk is staffed 24 hours, as I had a very early check-out. ... website is pretty comprehensive ... Very modern, comfortable hotel with excellent service and a great location.

I didn't really mind, but the room was a little bit noisy. Rome is in general a very noisy city, so I guess this is a problem in most hotels and B&B. As I've said, I'm a good sleeper, and I didn't mind the noise but I can imagine other people who are usually bothered by noise at nights, may have a complaint. ... Recently refurbished and beautifully decorated B&B very centric and extremely well communicated. The staff was really helpful (they made some excellent restaurant recommendations) and the price was good (in comparison with most other Roman lodgements).

Excellent. A clearer indication of the floor the hotel was located would have been helpful but trying to find it in the old elevator was quite diverting. ... Our time at the Target was excellent. We really appreciated the air-conditioning. The breakfast in the room was also a nice touch. Excellent facilities, great location and a cool building! ... clean, funky, helpful, pleasant airconditioning....relaxing haven when you need a break from the vibrant excesses of Rome.

we took a cab and the driver took a while to find the small street. the signage was also very small and we actually drove by it without noticing it. ... The room was larger but the overall property was smaller than expected (this was not a problem however). The street noise was very noticable even with windows closed and also noise from other rooms or the reception area was heard regularly. The staff was excellent. ... went as planned and the hotel was very gracious and willing to hold our luggae while we traveled for several days to the Sorrento area. everyon was friendly and seemed very trustworthy. ... One review i read before going stated the breakfasts were poor. You only have the option of a croissant and toast every day. the quality is good, but there is no variation. we stayed a total of seven nights so this became unappealing. ... Very well decorated, clean and friendly but noisy. I feel if you have a window facing a street all hotel rooms are noisy so I am not sure what they can do about it. Many car and scooter alarms went off all night long as well as trash removal trucks etc.

The door was locked and another hotel owner helped us contact the maid to let us in ... I thought we would get a room with a bathtub. The room was smaller than it looked on the website. The room was clean. ... overpriced ... I would say that it was clean, small, good location. The staff was not very friendly or helpful. For instance, we were trying to find our was to a certain neighborhood and asked the owner what bus stop. He told us to ask the bus drive. Our experience with buses in Rome is that it is pretty unlikely that you could get that close to the driver to ask. It just seemed very impersonal. Barely a hello or good bye when you were coming or going. We asked the employee every morning for extra coffee. We had to ask every single morning and some mornings she gave us a look that implied we were really inconveniencing her. we spent 8 nights there and I think for that much time and that much money, the staff could have been a little friendlier.

unfortunately the room we were shown smelt of smoke and when we asked to be moved we were told that we would have to wait until the next day. We were moved to another room the following day and it was fine ... I thought that the lst room we got was very small, however the 2nd room was better. The fit out of the room and bathroom was excellent. It was noisy from the street at night although that must be expected in Rome. ... They organised a taxi to take us to the airport which was on time and reasonable. ... Breakfast is a voucher which you take to a local cafe.
Air conditioned rooms ... Bed and breakfast at affordable price in centre of Rome within walking distance of most of the sights. Hotel rooms modern, clean, and simple.

We enjoyed our stay at the Target Inn. The location was very convenient if you are coming/going from the train station since it is within walking distance. Most of the important sites are also walkable or the Metro is nearby making farther trips also convenient. The rooms are modern, comfortable and clean.
