• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it's included. Continental Breakfast will be served in the nearby George Byron Cafe' (only 40 mt far). There is a breakfast room at our guests disposal.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are located on the third floor of the building and we do have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV in the room and we have satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning and it's free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can arrange it for you and have the car sent directly to the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Leonardo Da Vinci (Fiumicino).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via Nazionale.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini (The central station).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Repubblica, 300 metres. Catch the Line A subway and get off at Repubblica stop and then you can walk to the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, we have an ADSL connection.
