• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is served in the room and it is a continental breakfast consisting of tea, coffee, cappuccino, American coffee, cereals, varied jams, bread, butter, croissants.
  Served from 7.30 am to 10 am.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French, Spanish and Portoguese.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 4 floors, we are at the second one. There is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are extremely quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, even if there is a room with a large window overlooking Piazza Cosimato.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV in each room. Italian channels only.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is free of charge and individually controlled.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but we offer free wireless access.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Not directly here but close by.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Fiumicino or Ciampino airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Both airports are at approx. 25 km far from us.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do, prior arrangement (extra cost).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is "Trastevere/Ministero della Pubblica Istruzione".
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Trastevere for regional trains, Termini for national and international links.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Piramide (B line).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small pets are welcome upon request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but Trastevere area is renowned for its restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can. We offer free wireless access in all rooms.
