The management was very accomodating. They let us leave our things in our room before the check in time. They provided a delicious assortment of accessible snacks/breakfast foods. They went out of their way to accomodate the toddler traveling with us by bringing a crib and soft blanket. The place was delightful, and very clean.

Sweet Alice B&B is a great place to stay when visiting Rome. It is very conveniently located near Termini station so links to the transport system are excellent.
Roberto was a very friendly, welcoming host.
The rooms in the B&B are very clean, spacious and comfortable and it is very useful to have a kitchenette for guests to use.
I would fully recommend this B&B and the next time I am fortunate enough to be in Rome I would definitely be very happy to stay there again.

This is a flat on an upper floor of an apartment building, not a separate facility. It has a security system so you need to ring the correct apartment to be let into the building.

Like staying with a friend. Roberto tries hard to make you feel at home. The room was clean and comfortable and the location quite convenient.

The surrounding area is quite rough. there is nobody to meet you, you must take the phone number of the owner and ring him to meet you at the property, other wise there is no access to the building and you are left stranded on the street
There is no sign indicating the property is a hotel, very confusing to find

As Rome is expensive and Sweet Alice being a short distance to the station which we needed, the price was fair.
