• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm until 8pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The indicated price is for the room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, the breakfast is included, you can have a typical italian breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  yes, you can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We can speak Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors and we have elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, we have romantic and etnic style rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, the rooms do not have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No,the rooms do not have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have non smokings rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, we have a lcd tv with satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is no telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is airconditioning, it is free of charge, always.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, but you can have your breakfast in your room
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, not yet but it will be ready in the summer.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is no garage available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We are next to train station, you can rent a car there.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  There are two airports in Rome, Ciampino and Fiumicino. They are at 45 minute from the center by train.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Behind the building, there is a bus stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini Station is at 5 minutes by foot.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Behind the building there is Vittorio station on red Line A.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small size pets are allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is no restaurant in the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, it is no possible yet.
