  We are on the 4th floor and there is an elevator.

  All our rooms are quiet and romantic because they face the internal courtyard of the building.

  All our rooms have terrace or balcony.

• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms.

  All our rooms have a TV, but not satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.

  Not in the property, but nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at Termini railway station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airports are Fiumicino and Ciampino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we have it, but on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is a bus stop in front of our hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Termini and it is 5 minutes on foot from us.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway station is Termini.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not, but there is a fitness center near Termini railway station.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
