The main tourist points of this lively capital include the Fontana di Trevi, Piazza di Spagna, the Ancient and Imperial Rome, the ruins, and the Rome Coliseum. You would also love to visit Rome's marvelous museums, and do some shopping in the trendy stores, as well as stopping in a traditional trattoria and enjoy some pasta or pizza with a lovely wine. A walk from Piazza del Popolo (near the Suite Beccaria) and Piazza Campidoglio is worth to do. Located between the Piazza del Campidoglio and Piazza Venezia, the Santa Maria in Aracoeli Church sits atop the Capitoline Hill, the smallest but most sacred hill in Rome, and it's near the Hotel. The church is well-known for housing outstanding Roman art pieces that date from the period between the 13th and 18th centuries. The superb frescoes by Pinturicchio, which were completed during the Renaissance are stunning. |
