• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it is included in the price. We do not serve breakfast but we provide guests with prepaid tickets to have breakfast in a bar located close by.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and Portoguese.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors and there is no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are extremely quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV with cable channels ("digitale terrestre").
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is free of charge and seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Termini railway station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino airport (26 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is in Via dei Serpenti, 100 metres far from us.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini railway station (800 metres).

  No, there is not.
