15 days-2 days: first night penalty 2 days or no show: 100% of amount of reservation. For NOT REFUNDABLE rooms the entire amount of the stay will be charged on your credit card at reservation time.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 360 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
