  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is room, per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Yes, our buffet breakfast is included in the price.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Heating is included in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    we accept the major credit card companies but not American Express. Cash are welcome if you wan to seattle the bill at check in or check out.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    We do speak English, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian and of course, Italian!
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    We do not have lift and we own 3 floors.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, all our rooms are with four poster beds and large private bathroom. Painting and arts everywhere!
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    We do provide linens and towels every 3 days.
    Daily cleaning of the room before midday.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, they do not.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, they do not.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we do. Smoking is allowed in just one room.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
    SKY tv with internation channels in relax room. All rooms are provided with Tv (national channels only).
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Direct phone at the reception desk. Internet connection in all rooms.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    All rooms are with air conditioning free of charge and individually controlled.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Dining room available until 10pm.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, we do. We offer an Internet point free of charge.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Free street parking available.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    We do have great rate with car rental! Ask for details.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Fiumicino and Ciamnpino are both close to us (15 km).
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Pick up from airport available at extra cost.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    There is a bus stop 150 metres far from us (lines 764-766-769-767).
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Ostiense station is located at less of 15 minutes by bus.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    Metro Stop S. Paolo Basilica is located at 10-15 minutes and offers you a great connection with bus 766 and 769.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    We do offer to our guests a very nice and comfortable wellness centre with finnish sauna, steam bath "hammam", jacuzzi bath and showers, hydrotherapy with oils and milky bath, massages and beauty treatments on request.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Small pets are welcome. For big dogs please ask in advance.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is not.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can. We do offer Internet connection in all rooms.
