The web site indicated the newest 4 star in Rome, arriving at night in back street in what appeared to be an industrial park was very very dissapointing.
...
It was very noisy at night young people in the street talking loudly music and noise from cars, the location next to a university social area is probably the root cause of this issue
...
I travel the world and stay have stayed in many hotels, this wasn not a positive experience, 4 star rating is over generous, dining breakfast area was at best functional, bare walls canteen feeling very basic
...
Location description does not prepare you for the arrival, rubbish in the street, industrial park feeling, my first thought was that the taxi had taken us to the wrong place.

Hotel was great. It was a bit of a walk from the Metro, and so wasn't the easiest place to stay, but the accomodations were fantastic and the reception was very helpful. Breakfast was great too.
...
They have a full breakfast which is a great relief to Americans who have been in Italy a while and miss the large American breakfasts. Reception was very helpful.

It is not the easiest place to get to if you are walking from the Metro, but it can be done.

There is a grocery store less than a block away.

The Hotel was not easy to find from the
Metro Stration Basilico St. Paolo.
It was described as 500 m from the Hotel.
I think this was not quite correct.

...
Confortable Hotel located at in a quiet area.
No Smoking Room was very good.

All the staff are friendly and helpful. The staff at the reception desk speak English very well.
...
The rooms were a little smaller than expected, but still very nice. I've stayed in much smaller rooms in Europe. I think that, as an American, I'm probably just used to larger hotel rooms than one generally finds in Europe.

...
The hotel price was reasonable for a large city like Rome and for the quality of the accommodations.
...
A pricey hotel, but good quality. The location is a little out of the way for the average Rome tourist. It's an exceelent location for those wanting to be near Roma Universitá Tre. It was also an excellent location for us, visiting relatives who lived only two blocks from the hotel.

Rashid checked us in and he was extremely helpful. A problem was identified with a broken bed in teh allocated room, and we were immediately allocated another equivalent room.
...
Perhaps the rooms are too sparsely furnished. A dresser for clothes and some comfortable chairs would make the stay (ours was 4 nights) more comfortable.
...
I expected wireless access to the internet to be available in all rooms, not just on the ground floor and (apparently) the first floor.
...
I have no problem in recommending this hotel to my friends.
