  There are 5 floors and an elevator.

  Yes, our rooms are very quiet and peaceful.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some rooms do.

• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.

  Yes, there is, there is no extra charge and it is self controlled.

• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at Termini railway station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino "Leonardo da Vinci" airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is in Via Marconi (few metres form the hotel).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  S.Paolo for the B line. it is 400 metres from the hotel and it links St.Paul's area with the city centre.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not at the moment but there will be in the future.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
