• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The quoted prices are per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not available even if there is a small caffetteria in the reception building with the necessary for breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating and air conditioning is included in price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, the reception is always open from 9:00am-13:00pm 15:00pm-19:00pm from Monday to Friday. However, if you settle the bill on departure day upon check-out, eventual extras will be included with room charges too.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  No, all the apartments have their own entrance and are all ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All apartments are quiet due to the greenery that surrounds St.Andrew's Garden and all have a romatic atmosphere.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels, such as all the necessities for your stay in the apartment, are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All apartments are surrounded by a common courtyard and on the back of each apartment there is their own small private courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No since they are all at the ground floor therefore there is a courtyard that surrounds the apartments.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All apartments have TV, DVD and HI-FI such as many other necessities and at the moment there are no international channels but for long stays (min.4 months) it can be provided if asked.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Each apartment is equipped with its own telephone/fax with direct dialling and number.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning such as heating is present in all the apartments and are included in the price. There is no extra charge for this service.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  All apartments have a dining room and there is no common dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there is an Internet point (extra charge) and all apartments have fast Internet (ISDN).
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Private parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Cars can be rented at the main railway station "Termini" where you will find the offices of the most important car rental agencies.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  International Fiumicino "Leonardo da Vinci".
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Transfers by private car to and from both airports can be arranged on request. Rates depend on the number of people.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Numerous busses can be easily taken to all places of interest at the main railway station Termini or Piazza Mancini which is close to our residence.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  St.Andrew's Garden is located only 10/15 minures from Rome main railway station Termini.
  
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway stop is Lepanto.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but not far from St.Andrew's Garden, in the surroundings and also inside Villa Borghese, there is a very well equipped fitness centre, with a beauty centre, too.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, no pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, however with great pleasure we will recommend you various nice restaurants, trattorias and pizzerias in the vicinity of our residence or in the area you prefer.
  
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can and all apartments are equipped with fast Internet line (ISDN).
