• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the rate. There is a supplement for American Buffet Breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Bill has to be settled upon departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English - French - Spanish - German - Dutch.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The property has 5 floors and 3 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All of them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only 5 rooms have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Smoking rooms available.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  LCD Satellite TV available in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Direct dial telephone available in all rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?

  The nearest airport is Ciampino at 25 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No. Possibility to arrange a private transfer/pick up at cost.

  Termini Railway Station: 3,5 km.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?

  Yes, the St.George SPA features: Sauna, Turkish bath and large whirlpool.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.

• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  High speed internet available at cost in all rooms.
