Rome city tax (which applies to stays on or after 1 January 2011) is not included in the price: EUR 3,00 per person, per night (up to 10 nights) will be charged and collected directly at the front desk. The tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age. Use of the Wi-Fi Internet Point is not included. Price available on request.

| Cancellation Policy | |
-In case of no show or late cancellation (6 PM local time the day prior to arrival) one night will be charged on your credit card -For Superior Double Room Prepaid/Non Refundable the total amount of the stay will be charged on your credit at time of booking, and is non refundable in case of cancellation, no show or modified bookings -For Supeior and Deluxe Room Extended Stay, in case of no show or late cancellation, the cancellation penalty is 3 nights.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 24 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
