Staff very kindly booked us to see Bourgese museum. ... Good breakfast.
... Absolutely no problems ... Some rooms did not have balconies and had no views, we didn't know if we paid the same price for a room (we had no balcony and no view) as one with a balcony and view. ... Ideal for visting Vatican and good access to underground rail services. Good car parking. Good breakfast. Clean rooms.

It was so good, that we want to come again in 2005. ... we get a room on the 6th floor and we are looking directly to the vatican aerea, it was beautifull, specially at night.

Easy to use, secured web site for booking. ... Very fast and efficient. ... I had a superior experience at Hotel Spring House. The staff, rooms, facilities, breakfast, were all exceptional. Of all the hotels I used in Italy, this one was the best. The staff was consistent with efficient and friendly service and the entire hotel was exceptionally clean and attractive. Plus, I was very impressed with the hotel's conservation, particularly lights. I also noted very hard-working staff. They were always professional yet helpful. Very impressive. I have traveled quite a bit in the United States for business at hotels similiar to the Spring House and NONE have ever been this good. ... I can't remember what was mentioned about the breakfast, but that was exceptional. Both quality, service, and atmosphere ... Exceptionally clean, inviting atmosphere, effecient, helpful staff. They made things very easy and your stay very pleassant.

All staff were extremely cordial and helpful throughout our stay. We arranged pickup at the airport through Spring House, and the driver was waiting for us as we arrived, and was very courteous and helpful. Outstanding service! ... The entire property was outstanding--extremely clean and well-maintained! The complimentary breakfast was wonderful. Friends who stayed at another Rome hotel had to pay 30 euro each for a continental breakfast that did not have the variety that we enjoyed. ... Checkout was quick and easy. Staff arranged transportation to our cruise ship, that was timely and reasonably priced. ... Everything was as advertised, or better. No negatives at all. ... Excellent place to stay. Convenient to Vatican and transportation (subway and bus). Highly recommended.

Restaurant recommendation give by staff was excellent.
Recommend that listing of restaurants in book in room be updated. One of the restaurants we wanted to try had been closed for a while. ... Our rooms had lovely balconies- this should be included (I don't recall reading that) ... Rooms were clean and had adequate room for 3 children and 2 adults (Had adjoining rooms). Shower stall is a tight fit and had a few issues helping the kids with their shower. Staff at breakfast were cheery and helpful.
Great location-so close to Vatican Museum and to a delicious gelatto place.

Desk people were very helpful,courteous and accommodating. ... Hotel very close to the Vatican museum (less than 3 minute walk) and metro underground (two small blocks away). This made traveling to all the sites very easy. If you do some exploring around the hotel within a 5 min walk you can find a self-service laundary and internet point site. Lastly, because of the close location of the metro it only took 30 minutes to reach the Termini- train station for our next travel to Florence or the airport. ... Considering the location of the hotel to the Vatican the price was very good. ... NA ... Yes.

The air-conditioning was not available to switch off and if we have switched it off, it switched on by itself during the night so it was a bit noisy for us. As the third bed was situated close to the aircondition equipment, my son has catched a cold. In the other room it was possible to switch it off so we had not such a problem. ... good position for visiting San Pietro and other places, excellent breakfast choice(comparing to other hotels in Italy), calm room (except the aircondition)comparing to the traffic outside

Assumed that a 'quad room' was to be larger than a double room with two extra single beds. Room was cramped, had adjoining door to another room that allowed noise from that room to ours. Was disappointed that room was not bigger for quad price. ... Doesn't include 'face cloths' but will supply on request. NO coffee in room, refrigerator made noise on last day - had to unplug it for nights sleep. Room service was good. ... Was fast and easy. ... Will definitely not allow late check out!Close to Vatican and shopping. Always someone at front desk. Was a non-smoking room but hotel lobby was smoking. ... OK but would not rebook there.

we were lucky, the room was ready, and we arrived in the morning. ... Don't recall the website. The walls were thin. You heard the conversations from neighboring rooms. We would not stay there again. My husband had his wallet stolen our first hour in Rome. The staff was kind and helpful. We were then forced to spend our entire week in Rome since his drivers license was gone and we couldn't rent a car. When we inquired about extending our stay, the clerk informed us that the room rate was higher during that period. Consequently, we found different accomodations. At another hotel, they reduced our rate because we would be there 4 nights! ... Room was far too noisey because of thin walls and you heard everything from adjacent rooms. Room was small and no bathtub.
... no ... Helpful staff, excellent breakfast, great location if you want to be near the Vatican. However, the rooms are noisey, and when your neighbor awakes, so will you.
