Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Price is per apartment per night. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
No. - Is heating included in the price?
Yes. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English and Italian. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
5 floors with elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
The apartment is absolutely romantic! - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes, they are changed every 3 days. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
Yes, there is a TV but no satellite channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
No. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
There is air conditioning and it is included in the price. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
There is a table in the kitchenette where you can serve your meals. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No but there are many in the area. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, but there is a gym centre in via Bocca di Leone , 200 meters from the property. - Is parking or garage available?
No but there is a reasonably priced garage 100 meters from the apartment. - Where can we rent a car?
Fiumicino airport or Termini railway station as well as from several agencies located in town. - Which is the nearest airport?
Fiumicino. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No but it can be arranged on request. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
Piazza Mignanelli, only 20 meters from the property. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Termini, only 2 stops away by underground. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
The nearest underground stop is Piazza di Spagna, 30 meters from the apartment. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No. - Are pets welcome?
Sorry, pets are not welcome! - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No. We only have a kitchenette but there is a wide choice of restaurants in the neighborhood. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
No, but there are many Internet cafés around this area.
