  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The prices are per room, per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    The buffet breakfast is included in the daily room rate.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    Hotel Sonya has 3 floors with an elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, on request.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, they do not.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, they do not.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we do. In case you prefer a non smoking room please tell us in advance and we will do the best we can to fulfil your wishes.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    All rooms are equipped with satellite TV.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, all rooms are equipped with direct-dial telephones.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    All rooms are air-conditioned and this is included in the daily room rate. Air conditioning is switched on from mid June to mid October, depending on weather conditions.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Hotel Sonya has a free of charge Internet point in the reception area.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, it is. We will show you a garage at 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. The daily rate depends on the size of the car.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Cars can be rented at Termini railway station which is within 5 minutes walking distance from our hotel. At the Termini station you will find the offices of the most important car rental agencies.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    There are two airports in Rome: Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) and Ciampino. Both are about 30 km from the centre of Rome. The International Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci airport is connected by a direct shuttle train, the Leonardo Express, with Termini railway station, which is just three blocks away from our Hotel.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Transfers by private car or shuttle to and from both airports can be arranged on request. Rates depend on the number of people.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Many buses can be easily taken at Termini railway station, 800 mt.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Termini railway station.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    The nearest underground stop is Termini (both for line A and B).
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Only small pets.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, we only serve breakfast. However with great pleasure we will recommend you various nice restaurants, trattorias and pizzerias in the vicinity of our hotel.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can.
