• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 1.00 pm
  Check-out: before 9.30 am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room (double or single use), per night.
  
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We supply a continental breakfast in a buffet style. Wake up when you wish and please help yourself, all the easy instructions are suppliedin a card.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, of course.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You have to, beacuse we'll give you the house key.
  We also gently ask you to clear any extra day by day.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  5 floors supplied by the lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Walls are in blue tones painted with 'spatolato' technique, you'll seem to sleep on the clouds. Double glasses sound proof window as well.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide linen and full set of towels for each guest (large, medium, small).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but you can occasionally take a look to the roof-top with its 360° panorama.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  While the flat is a smoking-free environment, kitchen is a smoking room.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Sorry, no TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No. There are a bunch of phone centers down the building.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning with air-recycling free of charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Few garages are nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the airport will be the best choice.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino is 30 km away, Ciampino is about 15-20 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We supply a pick-up airport service with a little extra. The city car is A/C and ABS equipped.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Taxi and bus terminals to all town directions are behind the corner, subway main line A is 100 mt far.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini station, you can reach it by subway.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway is Ottaviano subway station, 100 mt from the house.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No at all because 2 pets already live in the house. Anyway ask by email. This house is not suggested to cat's hair allergic people.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There are many restaurants nearby, anyway you can enjoy home made dishes and wine tastings at house in the evening with a little extra.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  We supply a free WI-FI protected area, please bring your own device.
