Cancellation Policy: It is possible to alter or cancel a reservation up to 7 days before the arrival date. If a reservation is cancelled or changed within 7 days before the arrival date, we are authorised to charge client the amount for the first night on his credit card.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 168 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
