No hot water on last day, but allowed to extend check out time. Although hot water still not available up to the time we left. However let us leave luggage while we went sight seeing, and were very helpful in arranging travel arrangements to the airport.

Clean, basic hotel. Friendly staff. Good travel links to central rome. A bit noisy at times e.g. clattering plates when restaurant next door closing up and hotel doors banging as people left their rooms.

We were concerned our ground floor room overlooking the restaurant would be noisy; however it proved not to be a problem.

The breakfast very small and disappointing. Next time I would not include it. Some cheese and or sliced meat to accompany the croissant would be a good addition.

The restaurant attached to the hotel (a separate operation) was very good.

A clean and comfortable hotel in a quiet residential neighbourhood that offers good value for money when compared to other hotels in Rome.
The centre of Rome and all its sites are easily accessible, except after 11 pm when the subway closes.
