• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 12.30pm, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room, and include tax, service, air-conditioning and breakfast.
  
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, we have a buffet with fresh pastries from a local bakery, butter and marmalade.We also provide coffee and cappuccino, caffe latte and mocha, hot chocolate, hot tea and fresh fruit juices.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English,and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 Floor, no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, only 1 room.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, only 2 rooms.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, no extra charge, the air conditioning is included in the prices.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, ask at the reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  No, sorry.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  30 minutes by taxi.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we offer shuttle pickup to and from both airports. Rates depend on the number of people and amount of baggage.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is about 5 minuts walk (piazza Bologna or Via di villa Torlonia).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  3 bus stops from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Undergraund stop stay in 5/7 minuts walk from the hotel. The name of this stop is "Bologna Stop" in Piazza Bologna.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only smoll size.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  All rooms have internet access.
