Staff very helpful and friendly, particularly on reception. Check in straightfoward. Ability to check in after 12 noon very helpful - no waiting around with luggage for check in time -left plenty of time to look around in afternoon.

The beds were clean and comfortable, but the room. although clean,was cramped for three people.
The bathroom was adequate with plenty of hot water. However the bath and shower were very worn and looked grubby and could have done with a serious update. There was no safe in room and it overlooked the road and not the garden as stated.

very convenient to terminii and fast shuttle to and from airport - some good small restaurants nearby- most major sights within walking distance - if fairly fit and able-bodied.

Adequate accommodation, whilst not actually near attractions, within walking distance. Convenient for station to and from airport. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast adequate but not very exciting, some good small restaurants nearby.

air conditioning did not work very well. Tile grout in shower dirty/moldy.

good central location relative to metro/bus and access to central Rome sights. Clean room (except for shower)and breakfast was good continental for the value. Would likely stay again.
