• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is a buffet and is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes you can, but you have also the possibility to pay at your departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  At the reception we speak English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 2 floors whitout elevator. Part of the rooms are at the groundfloor and in the garden.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  In the garden we have quiet and romantic rooms, also other rooms are facing the garden, are very quite and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Rooms in the garden has a courtyard in front with chairs and tables.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  We have only one room with a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms has satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dialling telephone in all the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the rooms are with air conditioning there is not extra charge usually in Rome we open the air conditiong from April till end of September.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, is a few steps from our hotel.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, we have not a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a parking 50 metres from us.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the Termini Station 5 minutes walk you can choose many companies at concorrential price.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Both Fiumicino Airport and Ciampino airport are 30 km from here.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request we can provide pick up service from and to the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Termini Stayion and Indipendenza Square.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Termini stop or Castropretorio stop are both 5 minutes walk from here.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, we have not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small size pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but nearby there are many restaurant at convenient price.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
