• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental Breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  If requested is not a problem, actually we would prefer it!!!
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, Spanish and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Hotel Seiler has the ground floor - 3rd & 4th floor of the building and of course we do have a modern lift to reach the upper floors!!!!
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Via Firenze, where the Seiler is located is normally very quiet in the evening, when the Ministry of Defense is closed, this make, on the other hand the Seiler a very safe spot!!
  Our rooms are all pretty much private and on the backside are extremely quiet and silent.
  The most romantic room we have is the 405 the "Angel's room" with original celing frescos and angels pictures!!!!
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  In this aristocratical building we do have only windows.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there are no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes on the 4th floor most of the rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each room has is own Colour-TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Each rooms has is own telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Some rooms on the 4th floor have A/C. This can be requested with an additional fee.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No yet.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Garage is available at about 100 mt. from the Hotel. The price depends on car's size.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Possibility of renting a car at the front desk - Pick up point main railway station Termini, 10 min. walking from the Seiler.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Main Airport Fiumicino "Leonardo Da Vinci" at about 40 km,
  however Ciampino airport is at about 45 km from the Seiler.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes. On request with private car & mini-van (half an hour ride to reach the Hotel).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  On Via Nazionale, 100 mt. away there are several bus lines passing by for all over the city.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini Station at about 10 min. walking from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Line "A" Republica at about 200 mt.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Fitness First is the nearest centre next the main station "Termini"- 10 min. walking- There you can find Gym, Sauna, Turkish bath and a wide range of different activities.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small size pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Only a breakfast room on the ground floor.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Not yet.
