No problems at all ... Small rooms, shower leaked and was tiny. Long walk up the stairs through metal spiral staircase

The Hotel is situated on a small street that’s not shown on tourist maps; need to ask police how to get to it. ... No Hanging space in wardrobe for shirts, and not enough storage space for three people. ... There was air conditioning in the room but it was not operational, the lighting on the stairs was very poor, no lift to the upper floors and trailing cable in front of the door to the fridge and TV. ... Basic but clean and good value, great location (walking distance to most sites).

I was given some erroneous information about rail transport to the conventions center near the airport.
I had problems connecting my computer to the internet. However, I never asked at the desk so it is possible they could have helped.
There was no holder for the shower head when taking a shower which was inconvenient. The wooden molding beside the door was loose and should be reattached. I forgot to mention it to the staff. The glass handraid attached to the wall just below the fist floor is loose and should be connected more firmly to the wall. ... Reasonable and pleasant. I would recommend it.

They hadn't quite finished the bathroom when we arrived, and we also had problems with the electrics - fuses kept blowing. Otherwise OK

I had no problem to arrive to Hotel Saturnia because it is only 10 minutes away from train station Termini and that is great advantage for this hotel. But, I thought, as it was written on my voucher, that I should pay at Check-Out and thay told me that I have to pay at Check-In. It wasn`t a problem for me to pay at Check-In, but it wasn`t arranged that way. ... My stay was very pleasant and I am sattisfied for choosing this hotel and RomeBy.com for booking hotel. The staff was very helpful. And very good thing is that hotel is open all night. ... I have no comment about checking out because it all went fine. ... No,I think that everything is included on the web site. ... Hotel Saturnia is located in wonderful location, only 15 minutes walking distance from main attractions in Rome. But, hotel itself is nothing special although it is very clean. Some appliences in room didn`t work. I will reccomend this hotel to those friends who would like to explore the city all day and only to spend short time in hotel, but not to those friends who would like to enjoy the hotel as well as they would like to enjoy the city.

The hotel itself wasn't in greatest repair (the room had a big crack around the door and was very small) - but the staff were excellent, and accommodated my slightly odd arrival/departure time with grace.

Ricardo was excellent upon arrival and throughout our stay. He went out of his way to assist us given it was a last minute trip without a great deal of planning. He assisted with some important on the spot matters that made the remainder of our visit to Rome and Central Italy a success. ... The actual accommodations was fair at best. However, this was balanced by the location and the excellent service provided by the staff. Our only concern was the size of the room and expecially the bathroom. Otherwise, excellent stay. ... Accommodations were overpriced in comparison to other locations we stayed during our visit to Italy. We stayed at 4 stars that were significantly less than the Saturnia. Given the time of year, the maximum price should have been 75 Euro. ... Provide better description of the rooms so that customers will know in advance what they are to expect.
Price more competitively.
These comments are strictly for the establishment as constructive criticism and not intended to negatively impact on business - Excellent service far outweighed anything of a negative nature. ... Exactly as quoted above: Staff, breakfast and service - Excellent and very accommodating.
Room - met the needs given the short notice we provided in making and confirming the reservations.

The AC did not work, the bathroom was covered in mold and the lock on the door was insecure. ... The entry way looks nice but the room I stayed in was very substandard.
