• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 floors with lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of them, 2 with balcony, 2 with little terrace
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all rooms have colour satellite TV
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all rooms have direct telephone lines.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, no charge and seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?

• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?

  At Fiumicino/Ciampino Airports.

  Fiumicino 40 minutes by car.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via della Conciliazione, 100 m.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini station, about 10 minutes by subway.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Ottaviano-San Pietro stop is at about 200 m.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
