• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.It's a buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  All of the rooms are on the ground floor. We don't have any elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  From every room guests have a free access on the terrace which runs all around the hotel.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  From every room guests have a free access on the terrace which runs all around the hotel.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.All of our rooms are non-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, without extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.There are 4 Internet cafè near the Hotel (5 minutes walk far).
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, we don't have it.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The hotel has an agreement with a private parking lot, next to the Hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino Airport is about 35 km away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes.We make this service on request and it's not included in the price.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It's in Viale Trastevere: 5 minutes walk far from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest,is Trasevere Station.The most important is Termini Railway Station(reachable in 10-15 minutes by bus).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  "Colosseo" is the nearest one.It's reachable in 10-15 minutes by bus.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.But there are a lot of restaurant next to the Hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes. There is the telephone direct line.
