• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  On departure
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Deutsch, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  4 floors plus ground floor, there are 3 lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are very well sound-proofed and quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only suites have terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is. It is seasonal and there is no extra-charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We are working to create an internet point at the ground floor.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Not inside the hotel, but we can suggest one nearby
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can ask the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Fiumicino (about 25 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do. Price upon request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is Largo di Torre Argentina.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Red line - Spagna.
  Blu line - Colosseo.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is jacuzzi in one of the suites.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
