The staff was very helpful and allowed us to check in as soon as we got there even though it was early.

We felt at home from the moment we arrived to the time we checked out.

Our plane left later than the check out time and we were allowed to leave our bags at the hotel while we enjoyed sight seeing until it was time for us to go to the airport. Also, the manager made sure that we had ample time and transportation to the airport.

The only thing that could have made our stay better is if the hotel offered a laundry service as some hotels do.

Great. Right in the heart of Rome and a short trek to the metro station. Helpful staff and wonderful service.

I suggest you google map it for an exact way to go. Short walk from Metro or bus station. The streets are very close together. You can find street signs by looking at the side of the buildings on each corner. It is 1/2 block from San Silvestro Plaza which is a major bus terminal. Tell that to the taxi driver.

A great location. Walk a few blocks to the Fountain, The Steps..Pantheon..(a must see.) And as I said 1/2 block from San Silvestro plaza bus terminal. Get a 1-2-3 day transportation pass and ride all over the city. 5 minutes to the Colosseum by bus.

Although we arrived early they were able to provide one of the two rooms early, in which we could leave our luggage. This was very helpful.

My room was EXTREMELY small and very poorly lit. I've had small rooms before in Europe but this was very small.

The hotel was very clean and the staff extremely courteous and helpful. The only thing that was unexpected was that the room was so tiny!

Furnishings tired - need updating. Room cramped but well planned, bathroom efficient.

Fast, efficient checkout - always someone around at reception. Left baggage all day after departure in breakfast room.

Breakfast room too small for number of guests. Had to wait for table on two occasions. Breakfast was good though, considering it was continental style.

Friendly, efficient staff - a light in bathroom was faulty - fixed immediately by chambermaid. Room adequate, not big enough for two - comfortable beds but would be too narrow for anyone above average height/weight - good bathroom.

Staff organised a car to collect us from the airport and this was very helpful.

I would describe the hotel as an excellent choice of a place to stay - very central to all the monuments, the restaurants and all the shops. Nothing was more than a 20 minute stroll away.

The matresses were very thin and not very comfortable but this may be part of the small hotel at this price point in Rome.

They were delightful and made a reservation for the 3 PM shuttle to the airport, but he didn't show until 3:45 PM. I'm glad we took an early one or we would have missed our flight.

The hotel advised to use the shuttle bus, which would be easy to find at the airport.
It was not easy to find and after calling again to the hotel they gave new advise to take the taxi!
The taxi was OK. It should have been advised right from the beginning.

The room was good and the location excellent, quiet palce, but close to the attractive places and close enough to the metro station (Spagna).

If we wanted hot water or air-conditioning, we had to call the front desk and ask that they be turned on. Rooms were much smaller than we had expected. Everything was very clean and neat.
