| Cancellation Policy | |
If notice ofCancellation is communicated between 15 and 0 days prior to the planned date of arrival, the client will pay the whole price foreseen for the first day of stay. Clients who fail to arrive and don't communicate notice ofCancellation or arrive but don't wish to stay at the hotel must pay 100% of the whole price foreseen for the whole period of stay. All sums due on grounds of client default will be billed using the credit card provided by the client at the moment of reservation.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 360 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
