Extremely pleased with our arrival experience especially as we had pre-booked a car to collect us via the hotel and despite our flight being delayed the driver waited for us, reception staff were friendly and helpful.

They could do with a lift ! but the stairs kept us fit

Would definately recommend to friends and family, good quality accommodation in a quiet location but exptremely central. We were with our two young children and the room was split level and extremely spacious and well furnished. The balcony/outside area was a bonus - we visited in December but would be fabulous in warmer weather!

We were able to arrive early enough to take
the train from the airport and transfer to
the subway. Short walk from subway station.
Hotel can also arrange for cab pickup and
late arrivals are ok.

Excellant location in Rome short walking to
Spanish Steps in high rent shopping
district. Would absolutely stay there again
when in Rome. Rooms were very clean, staff
helpful, english speaking, nice euro
continental breakfast. I Expected rooms to
be smaller than North Amercica so this met
my expectations.

Cab was called for us to get to train
station but ended up waiting a long time to
arrive at hotel.

This is a very comfortable clean hotel in an
excellant location in Rome. Very short walk
to the Spanish Steps, located in the middle
of the exclusive fashion shopping area of
Rome. Easy access to subway station. Many
nearby restraunts and cafes. Excellant
choice for a medium (Rome price range) hotel
with helpful pleasant staff. Rooms are as
expected smalller than north american
standards. Breakfast was nice as well. I
would absolutely stay there again if in
Rome.

A great place to stay for the locality - easy walking distance to all sights and the quality of the hotel was well worth the money after a long flight.

The room we got was on the top floor and the hotel did not have an elevator which was not mentioned online.

The fact about the lack of an elevator. I enjoyed my stay and would probably stay there again and even recommend the hotel to friends but the lack of an elevator would make me hesitate for now. I understand that one is in the plans so do include that info on the website.

A cozy nice small hotel in the very centre of Rome with lots of atmosphere. Prices ar absolutely reasonable and you get more than you actually pay for.

It was very helpful to us to be able to leave our luggage at the hotel on the day of departure and to return to collect it later before we left for the airport. The receptionist was most helpful in arranging for a taxi to come and collect us.

One of the standard rooms was upgraded to a superior which made a huge difference to the two teenage girls who stayed there. I would only book superior in the future. I was disappointed by the standard size (my superior was excellent). FYI These comments are from Peggy Katalinich, the above reservation for Matthew Jetter was for my son.

Check out went smoothly. The staff was very helpful in getting taxis/vans and making dinner reservations.
Also, one suggestion about breakfast....would it be possible to offer some fresh fruit? That would be most welcome.

The superior rooms had plenty of space, adequate to topnotch bathrooms and the air conditioning worked. I would recommend to the hotel to make better use of the patio on the fourth floor; we grabbed chairs late at night and had some wine; it is a great space that should be highlighted.
I would recommend the hotel to a friend.
