• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, continental breakfast is included in the price, it is served from 7.15 until 10.15.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two buildings, the main building with four floor and the annex building with four floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some superior rooms have terrace or view.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is TV not satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the rooms have air conditioning with local control, free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but near the hotel there is an internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but near the hotel there is a garage, open 24 hours, under the park of Villa Borghese, with pedestrian exit in Spanish square.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Under the park of Villa Borghese there are Hertz and Europcar rent-a-car officies.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Few metres from the Hotel, in Via Due Macelli.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Spagna.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but there is a sporting center with gym, turkish bath, swiming pool under the park of Villa Borghese.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are plenty of restaurants near the hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  You can connect your pc with modem for accessing the internet from the room.
