 You will find the guest house Sam Rooms on the first floor of a construction placed on Via Emmanuelle Filiberto, near Piazza San Giovanni in the centre of Rome. This building dates as far back as 1850 and most of its features still speak of this past: however, there is an elevator inside so you should not worry if somebody in your party has walking difficulties. |
 In addition to this, the property presents a garden where the guests of Sam Rooms can relax before setting out to discover the Eternal City, a real oasis in downtown. Sam Rooms comprises five guestrooms of around 16 mē, even though some of them may a bit larger or smaller, the single room is the tiniest one. |
 As for the views you will get from the windows, two chambers face the street, while the remaining three overlook the garden of the property. They are all non-smoking ambiances, with air conditioning and safety boxes. Each guestroom has a private bathroom, equipped with hairdryer, and there is also wireless connection to internet, a mini refrigerator and TV at every unit. |
