The hotel staff was very helpful and polite.

We had a very early departure around 4:00am and the front desk was very helpful arranging a cab to the airport.

The breakfast was very good and served right on time. The hotel was located in a central location but the area is such that you would not want to go out by yourself at night.

Booked a double but got a twin and they were unable/unwilling to change it other than pull two beds together with a double sheet. Could have spoilt a romantic week end away!

The room was ok, but there was a noisy innercourt (a generator is running there).
The internet site showed some grandeur that I missed in reality.

I was disappointed with the breakfasts, range of food on offer, especially hot, was disappointing as this was a 4 star hotel. Have been to many 2 and 3 star hotels in Europe where this was much better than this hotel.
