How To Reach Us

Arriving at Hotel Romulus Rome by Car
Arriving by car is possible and extremely convenient for a number of reasons. First of all the hotel has a large parking area and therefore is a popular hotel with businessmen travelling to Rome from the North. The hotel is also strategically located as it is near the Main Florence Rome Motorway the A1. If you are arriving from the city centre we suggest you take a taxi or a Cotral Bus from Piazza Fiume which is located at the start of Via Salaria.

By Train
Rome's main railway station and located in the heart of the city centre is Termini and is indicated on the map. Termini is only a 20 minute taxi journey away. from the Hotel Romulus. The Eurostar for Rome coming from the North runs parallel to the Via Salaria - frustrating as you actually pass our Hotel! The closest railway station is Tiburtina but unfortunately only some Inter City Trains stop here. All express trains and Eurostars arriving from Florence, Milan, Naples and Italy's main cities stop at Termini so the city center is ideal for anybody travelling by train.

By Air
Rome has two international airports and the connections from the airport to the city centre and then our hotel are excellent. Ryan air and Go and chartered flights tend to arrive at the smaller Ciampino airport. A courtesy bus from Ciampino will drop you off in the city center in Via Marsala right next to the main railway station Termini - The Romulus is a 20 minute taxi journey away. From Fiumicino also known as Leonardo Da Vinci airport take the airport shuttle train to Termini and then get a taxi- be careful not to take any of the unofficial taxis outside Termini as they will almost certainly over charge you!
