| Rome city tax (which applies to stays on or after 1 January 2011) is not included in the price: EUR 2,00 per person, per night (up to 10 nights) will be charged and collected directly at the front desk. The tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age.All suites are equipped with a 32 wide LCD TV screen with satellite channel selection. It also has an in-room direct dial telephone (VoIP), which allows you to receive and make phone calls at a low cost. Direct ADSL Internet line is also available at our own free wireless hot spots.Published prices include all taxes and are related to an accommodation for two persons. Breakfast is not included, altough we offer free coffee, hot beverages, chocolates and dry cakes throughout the day. Full breakfast is optional and is served in the suite for an additional cost of 10 euros per person. |

| Cancellation Policy | |
If cancelled or modified up to 2 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 48 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
