• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  the price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, we do not serve breakfast as the apartment is self catering.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes. Please note that we accept payments only by cash.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  There is no reception but the owner speaks English and Italian of course!
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors with lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/TV in the apartment.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is free of charge and available in summer only.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do. We have a laptop at guest' disposal and it is free of charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  On request (payable).
• Where can we rent a car?
  Avis car rental, just near the apartment.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Both airports (Ciampino and Fiumicino) are at approx. 35 km far from us.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via Boncompagni.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini railway station (2 km).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Barberini subway station (600 meters).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are many restaurants within walking distance
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can and it is free of charge.
