• At what time can we check-in and out?
  You can check in whenever you want, but it is important to know the time of arrival. The check out is around 10:00 A.M. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  In the price are included breakfast and taxes.
• Is heating included in the price?
  The heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are on the 4th floor and there is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have three rooms, one is with private bath inside the room and the others are with shared bath.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We have TV in each rooms, but we do not have international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air-conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, the continental breakfast is served in the rooms.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but you can park the car on Via La Spezia , it is a safe street and there is no charge for parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Just downstairs the B&B, the 81 bus take you to the best places of Rome.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  You can find the bus stop only a few metres away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
