• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not provided.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you have to pay on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian, English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is only one floor, the ground floor, we do not have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a small private garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a LCD TV with international channels and DVD.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a telephone that you can use for national calls or with a special card for international ones.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning and it is included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is ADSL WI-FI and cable Internet connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Close to our apartment there is an outside swimming pool, open in the summer.
• Is parking or garage available?
  You can park in the street close to our apartment, at your disposal there also garages at extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the reception desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airports are Roma Ciampino 15 Km and Roma Fiumicino 20Km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do but on request and with additional payment.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is Largo A.Oriani and Via Carini.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Roma Trastevere.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway stop is Piramide.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can and it is included in the price.
