- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Prices are per room, and include tax, service, air-conditioning and breakfast. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Breakfast is included in the price of the room. We offer a generous breakfast with fresh pastries, fresh fruit, yoghurt, bread, butter and marmalade. - Is heating included in the price?
Heating and air-conditioning are included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, you can.
- Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We speak English, Spanish, French and Italian.
- How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
We have rooms at the second floor. There is a lift. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, our rooms are all quiet. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes, we provide linens and towels. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No, there is not. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, there is not balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we have. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
Yes, we provide digital plasma TV with satellite. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, there is a telephone. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
All of our guest rooms are equipped with temperature-controlled air-conditioning. This is included in the rate of the room. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
No, there is not. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, we provide free high-speed access to the Internet with laptop in each room. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is not a swimming pool. - Is parking or garage available?
There is a parking garage three blocks away. - Where can we rent a car?
Most car rental agencies have offices inside the Station.
- Which is the nearest airport?
Both airports are about 30 km from the center of Rome.
- Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
We offer shuttle pickup to and from both airports. Rates depend on the number of people and amount of baggage. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
Via Volturno is the nearest bus-stop. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Termini Station the nearest railway station. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
Termini Station metro stop is just 150 metres from the property. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is a fitness centre. - Are pets welcome?
Sorry, pets are not welcome. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, there is not. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
