• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental Breakfast included in the rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Bill can be paid at the arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Hotel is located on the 4th floor and there is the elevator in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Rooms are very quiet, private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Our Superior room have a small balcony overlooking Via Toscana.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a LCD TV with international channels in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in all rooms at no extra cost.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but there are some Internet cafés in the surroundings.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Garage available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can ask information at the Reception, the rental car is just a few minutes walking from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino airport (25 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can organize a limo service from and to the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via Veneto and Via Boncompagni.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini Train Station (800 metres).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Barberini (line A) metro station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  The Hotel is covered with WI-FI sistem.
