• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental Breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In the building there are 5 floors; the b&b is on the 2nd floor. We have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Two rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In each room there is a colour television but there are no international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in the rooms and there is no extra charge for it. It functions during all the year.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a garage 20 meters away and it costs 12 Euros a day.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the nearby.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is 20 m. away from the frontdoor.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Underground A (Cornelia) 20 meters away from the frontdoor.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Cornelia stop is 20 m. away from the frontdoor.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
