• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, a garage with special prices is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Directly from our reception or it is also possible to rent a car at Fiumicino/Ciampino Airports.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino 30 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  in Via Chelini.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini station, about 15 minutes by subway or by bus.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest stop is Flaminio about 100 mt.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
