Staff of the hotel was perfect. Room clean and pretty. Situation in Roma very good according to public transportation and for visiting the city. ... It could be usefull to precise that the bus station Chiesa nuova is very close to the hotel and connects directly to all main destinations (railway station, piazza Venice, ...). ... Ideal for visiting Roma and nice to stay.

We were given a very warm welcome. ... We were given a lovely room (I think the only room in the hotel with a terrrace). ... A great base from which to explore Rome

We appreciated having someone picking us up at the airport. ... No computer, no email service at the hotel. Small room with terrace...very small. No photos of this small room on the web site, only terrace. Probably smallest WC in the hotel. ... Location is perfect, close to Vatican City and all major sites in Rome. Close to Plaza Novona and many restaurants. Internet point close to hotel, 1 Euro for 10 minutes, 2 Euro for 30 minutes. Grocery store close to hotel. Campo diFiori is not as nice as Plaza Navona. Dark at night, grafitis, less tourists. ... Very nice place to stay. Quiet.

Our stay was in generel okey, but since you invite us to evaluete our stay I would like to point out a few things which could have been better or eg. resulted in a lower prices: The shower could need some (water softener). The bed-mattress was extraordinary hard. Much noise from the the street at nighttime. ... We lacked/missed the information about the noice from the street ( at nighttime ). ... In generel a good and nice hotel, very central situated and lots of good restaurants nearby. BUT very very noicy at nighttime (even my husbond had to use earplugs (which says it all)and very very hard mattresses. On account of that we will probably try another hotel next time.

The only downside was that the dining area was on the small side. The quality of the breakfast could be improved. But it was not a major detriment to our stay in Rome ... Friendly, well placed and ideal for a short break in Rome

Taxi from Ciampino directly to hotel ... Fairly basic, but perfectly adequate little hotel which was clean and friendly. Superb location for sight-seeing. Seems expensive, but average by Roman standards.

I did not use the directions. We went by taxi ... the breakfast room was very small and often crowded. The bathroom was tiny. The the room was clean an ok. The noise from the street made it impossible to sleep with the window open. When the windows were closed, the noise level was ok. ... No ... The hotel is situated in the area I prefer when staying in Rome. The staff is exceptional, competent, friendly and helpfull. As a total experience our stay was very pleasant, but I find the hotel quite expensive considering the the standard on bathroom and breakfastroom.

The two rooms for three people were large and comfortable. The room for two was small and the bathroom very small however this is not a big complaint. We found the staff to be very willing to help. ... I do not have sufficent experience with Rome prices to be able to comment accurately on value for money. ... The hotel is well located for people who are interested in walking to see the highlights of Rome. I had no problem in finding the hotel when driving in . However,I would caution anyone who is not familiar with Rome to have a good map and a navigator when arriving. ... See above

The staff at the hotel was exceptionally courteous and helpful. We only had a few days in Rome, and they definietly helped us to get the most out of it. ... This is a very nice hotel in an extremely convenient location- short walk to Piazza Navona, and reasonable walking distance to the Pantheon, Castello D'Angelo, etc. Farther (>3 km) but possible walks to Colisseum, Vatican, and Villa Borghese. Extremely helpful and courteous staff, definitely made our visit easier.
Our triple room was a bit cramped with all our luggage, but it was clean, not smoky at all, and well-maintained.

I would recommend this hotel to a friend on a limited budget. Fresh fruit at breakfast would have been appreciated; the bread rolls, various meats and cheese were fresh - excellent. Coffee good
Hotel excellently placed for easy walking access to most major sites in Rome.
Bedroom small but suited purpose, hotel clean and no major negative comments. ... No check out problems, taxi ordered for the airport by the hotel receptionist the previous day was on time at our departure. :-) ...
Fit for purpose and provides an experice of staying in a traditional (old) Roman building. Space in bathroom very limited, difficult to shower without water escaping from the shower curtain. Removal of bidet would help considerably to free up additional space.

The room was very small compared to pictures on the web. It was certainly not real suitable for three adults. ... The breakfast offered at this property was a disappointment in quality and items available. You should make it clearer that this is a minimal continental breakfast. ... As stated about the breakfast and the size of yhe room. ... Great location, clean, but very small for three people and minimal AC.

There were on the whole less space in lift, stairs, corridors and room than expected for that price. ... The checking out went without problems, but we feel the stay was a bit overpriced. ... The breakfast was rather frugal for the price. ... Location was good. People were friendly and spoke excellent English. The staff was also very helpful with adjusting the air conditioning system which was wrongly set at our arrival. But taken into account the cabin-like room we got (yes, we were aware of having a terrace would mean a smaller room, but not that small) the very simple breakfast, we think the hotel was a bit overpriced compared to other hotels we've stayed in in Rome and elesewhere in popular Italian cities.

We arrived New Years Eve, there were no taxis at the airport, we took the train, and then had a horrible time getting a taxi (we didn't we paid a an elderly couple to drive us)at the Termini Station. The Hotel was very helpful when we finally got to it. ... Our first room was to small. There was no shower stall, the shower was the bathroom with a floor drain. The hotel moved us to a room with a full shwer stall the next day. ... The dlloar collapse made things feel a little more costly than they might have. The hotel was helpful and arranged a car to take us to the airport. ... The Hotel is smaller than one might expect, but the location is excellent. ... A small funky hotel located in a great part of Rome with lots of restaurants, cafes, and sights next door.

Our cab driver was very unsure about the location, even with the directions we provided. He dropped us off nowhere near the hotel, and we spent quite a while and much walking trying to locate it on foot. It's not the hotel's fault that the driver was bad, but it was difficult to find arriving at night. ... The room was much smaller than expected. Although many hotels in Europe are small and quaint, this one was tiny for the rate we paid. We had much nicer accommodates for less money in Paris and Florence. The description of the accommodations made it sound much nicer. The bathroom was especially hard to move around in - specifically the shower. Everything was crammed in, including a bidet, wich was not necessary and took up space. The street outside our window was very loud at night, and we had to walk down several dark alleys each night to get back to our hotel. Our ... I would not recommend this hotel to a friend.

The hotel is in a great location, it's clean and the staff helpful. However, the room was a lot smaller than any of the images on your website suggest and the bathroom was ridiculously small and in a sub-standard state. It didn't spoil our stay, but I do think that the room is somewhat over-priced. ... great location, but over-priced and small room

Breakfast was a deception. The coffee was not good, the orange-juice undrinkable. Even taking into consideration that breakfast is not too important for Italians, at these prices I had expected a little bit more. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay and everything else was to our satisfaction.
RK ... Very central location, in a quiet enough neighborhood. Very clean rooms, nicely decorated. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast-room is very tiny, but you won't spend too much time there. TV with 29 channels, 27 of them in Italian :-(

We had a very nice stay. The location is excellent. We unfortunately were there when they lost the air condition compressor and the temperatures were in the 80's. This was unfortunate timing, but didn't ruin our experience. ... Positive...the location is excellent and within walking distance to most of the places we wanted to see.
Negative...the location is close to Campo dei Foiri and is noisy if the windows are open (and we had to leave the windows open since the air conditioner wasn't working.) ... Clean, compact and wonderfully located to everything you want to see in Rome.

Single rooms were tiny. Very clean, but no place to put your suitcase. Had to step over the suitcase to get to the bathroom. Room was very dark. ... Great Location - walking distance to many attractions. Would not stay there longer than a couple of nights. Very small accommodations for single rooms (double rooms may be more spacious)

All in all a very nice hotel, situated in walking distance to all the important sights. Staff was always very helpful and friendly.
Negative point: Bathrooms: very small, some with a tiny shower that flooded the floor (I saw several rooms).

Our room was not ready on arrival - the chambermaid was still setting up the room - although we had advised the hotel of our arrival time and they confirmed the room would be ready. ... We had difficulties with the availability (or lack of) hot water for the shower. When we contacted reception we were told that, as the hotel was very full, we would have to let the water run and wait for hot water. Neither the windows nor the shutters in our room could be opened. Again, as the hotel was full, there was nothing that could be done about this. ... The hotel was good, but basic. The room, especially the bathroom, was quite cramped. However, it was very clean. The staff were very friendly and polite, but could have been more helpful with solving problems (e.g. the hot water). I found the hotel was expensive for the facilities offered. It served its purpose as a base for touring Rome to freshen up and sleep. However, if I returned to Rome on another visit, I would look for another hotel.

Breakfast room awfully small, you could hardly turn around in it without bothering other guests. ... Location very good, but make sure you get a proper room.
