• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 12am, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All rates are intended per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  we have 4 floors, but the lift goes just to the 3rd floor
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Quite and romantic as well.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  One room has a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we don't have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No extra charge for air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes also available in the room or as internet point downstairs.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a garage nearby, but it's not conventioneer with us. We can just call the same day of arrival of the guests and ask for availability.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can ask at the reception desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino or Ciampino airports.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We do not have a shuttle service to the airport but just a private car or minibus.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Corso Vittorio Emanuele stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes (extra charge).
