• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price and it is a rich buffet with milk, coffee, tee, fruit juice, bread, toast, jams, yogurt, biscuits, corn flakes and more....
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, because we prefer payment on your arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floor and we do have lift: the B&B is at the fourth floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are quiet and private bedrooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do noto have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, they do, but very small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have non smoking rooms, but there is a smoking room for smokers.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is and there is no extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is in the kitchen.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We do have an Internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, it is not available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the railway station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino or Ciampino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do on request at an extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In front of us.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway station is to two minute walking from here (Cipro).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry they are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
